1st Department Quarterly Coordination Meeting(QCM)

 

On the outset of the meeting the Director welcomed the domestic Airport Managers and other officials to the meeting. This is the 1^st department QCM and the QCM will be held every 4 months. The meeting will deliberate on how to coordinate better within the department and assist each other in improving the department as a whole.

Agenda:

1. Offering Tashi Khadar to Mr. Passang Dorji, Nyagoe
2. Presentation of Organisational Structure
3. Presentation by Domestic Airport Managers
4. Presentation of Financial and Physical work Progress
5. Any other issues

The Director, Offtg Chiefs, heads of the section and Domestic Airport Managers offered Tashi Khadar to Mr. Pasang Dorji who won 1^st runners up title during the National Nyagoe Competition held on 21^st February 2018 coinciding with the Birth Anniversary of His Majesty the King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck.
