With an objective to create awareness and familiarize the new employees about the functioning of different agencies operating at Paro International Airport, an orientation program was conducted at the airport from 11-13 June 2019. A total of 115 new employees recruited under various agencies at the airport attended the orientation program. The head of agencies presented about their respective agencies and the roles and responsibilities at the airport.
This orientation program has assisted the new employees in better understanding of its operations and systems highlighting the significance of interdependency and corporations among agencies for effective functioning and better delivery of service.
The orientation program will be carried out bi-annually henceforth.
